Due to each tag being personalised to your requirements when making we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on orders. We ask that you carefully check for any typos before placing your order as once stamped we cannot change your tag. Due to the nature of dog tags wear and tear is inevitable so we recommend you read all about the metals the tags can be made with and their durability before ordering.
